Insurance Tips

What to consider when selecting your coverage.

  • Between Agreed Value, Purchase Price, and Actual Cash Value you have choices in your loss settlement.
  • Disappearing Deductibles reduce your deductible for claims free policy periods.
  • If you're vacationing to Mexico, inquire on coverage before you cross the border.

Claims Story

Bonnie was camping with her family at the Green Lake campground. They left to go mini-golfing for the afternoon when a strong storm came in. It was sunny when they left so they kept the awning out. They came back from golf to find the awning bent, ripped, and broken. Good thing she had an RV policy with comprehensive coverage so they were able to replace their awning without a deductible for depreciation.

Lesson Learned

The little things can make a big difference. Adding an RV to an auto policy may be easy, but it may not include the coverage you need.
